Shipping: Domestic Shipments
We ship by USPS or UPS, Monday – Friday. We do not ship on weekends. You can select your method of shipping during checkout.
Our site is connected directly to UPS and USPS for current shipping charges. You the customer can select the method of shipping you desire, and see the actual cost of shipping.
USPS First Class is not guaranteed or insured. If the package is lost in delivery by the postal system we are not able to file a claim, and therefore no refunds, or replacements are available.
Priority Mail is not a guaranteed service. See below from the USPS site.
Is the scheduled delivery day guaranteed? Priority Mail remains a non-guaranteed service. The Postal Service does not provide a money-back guarantee if items sent via Priority Mail fail to arrive by the scheduled delivery date. However, Priority Mail Express continues to provide a money-back guarantee* service.
It is noted that we do not ship clay over a weekend during the summer or hot months. We do not like for the clay to be exposed to the heat by sitting in a UPS or USPS truck over the weekend and getting hot and hard. All orders placed on Thursday and Friday that cannot be deliver the next day are held until Monday of the next week to ship.
We do not offer free shipping, Shipping charges are computed based on the weight of your order to your zip code. Our site is connected directly to UPS and USPS for Real Time Shipping Rates. To see your shipping charges, register, place your order and during checkout you can select your method of shipping and the shipping charges will appear during the checkout process. If you are not satisfied with the charges you do not have to proceed with the order. We are unable to give you shipping charges by telephone.
Customer is responsible for providing correct shipping addresses, including Suite numbers, room numbers and correct zip codes. Inaccurate shipping information will result in address correction fees by UPS. Address correction fees range from $6.00 to $20.00 per package. These fees will be automatically charged to the Customer's Credit Card.
Shipping: International Shipments
The shipping charges shown on this site do not include brokers fees, taxes, duties or other charges added by Shipping Companies, Governments, brokers, or other entities involved with the import or export of merchandise. At this time this site can only accept international orders from Canada and Puerto Rico.

International Shipments to All other Countries.
This site cannot accept orders from other International Countries. We do ship to Europe, Asia, and most other countries. Note: We cannot ship liquid items to International countries. The epoxies and glues are considered Hazardous and shipping internationally is not allowed To place an order for all other items by email, follow the following procedures Place all the items you wish to purchase in the cart on the website. When finished, click on Cart, just under the wide green line at the top of the page. Copy the contents of the cart, and paste into an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org Be sure to include your complete postal shipping address and telephone number. Upon receipt of your order, we will assemble the order and send you an invoice by email, and a request for payment through PayPal. We use Postal Priority Mail Flat Rate Boxes for shipments to International Countries.
